She was predeceased by: her husband S. D. Brown; her parents, John Roberts and Betty Roberts; her children, Deborah Deck and Rodger Brown; and her grandchildren, Daryel Brown and Angelia Secord.
She is survived by: her children, Janis Prater (late Bob), Rhonda Hawkins (late Stan), Vicky Cole (Burford), Jim Brown (Judy) and Stephen Brown (Misty); and her siblings, Bonnie Murphy, Lois Eller and Alton Roberts. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 26 Great-Grandchildren, and 6 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hunter Funeral Home (120 Bockman Way, Sparta, TN 38583). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home (120 Bockman Way, Sparta, TN 38583).
