He was predeceased by: his parents, William Austin and Doris Dimple Hutson Mullican; and his grandparents, William Clyde, Odessa Jones Mullican, Winnie Grider Hutson and Lemon Hutson.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Henry Mullican; and his children, Tracy Mullican Prater (Darrin) of Sparta, Terry Mullican (Leslie) of Cookeville and Tim Mullican (Michelle) of Sparta.
He also participated in the weekly singing on Monday at Life Care before Covid.
