She is survived by: her daughter Jodie Smith; her grandchildren, Amanda Adkins (Wade) and Jared Smith (Alexis); her great grandchildren, Hudson Adkins, Hadlee Adkins and Baby Smith; her brother Gary Lee Schwartz (Luann); her close friends, Don and Kelly Sergio; and also, Viola, Otto and Bruno.
