She is survived by: her father Charles Robert Worthington of Sparta; her brother Chuck Worthington of Sparta; her aunts and uncles, Donna Joseph (Carl) of Sparta, Anita Worthington of Sparta, Diane Pittman of California, John Cullum of Clarksville, TN and Erbie Price of Sparta; and her nieces and nephews, Tayler Worthington of Cookeville, Hannah Worthington of McMinnville, Braxton Worthington of Sparta and Tyler Worthington of Sparta.
