He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe H. Mills and Julia Ova Copeland. He is survived by: his brother Dennis J. Mills of Sparta; his sister-in-law Deborah K. Mills of Sparta; his niece Tammy Mills Radford; his great-niece Brittany Radford; and also, Dysen Radford and Chloe Radford.
