He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Eugenia Elise Clouse (Baker); his sister Joann Writtenberry; and his niece Kathy Writtenberry. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Chad Clouse of Sparta, Alonzo Clouse of Cookeville, Hannah Fields of Cookeville and Racheal Clouse of Sparta.
