He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Betty Hudson and Betty Harrison; and his niece Rayleigh Scruggs. He is survived by: his wife Kayla Scruggs of Sparta; his children, Julian Scruggs of Sparta, Zoey Scruggs of Sparta and Chloe Scruggs of Sparta; his siblings, Michelle Greer (Don) of Smithville, Chris Scruggs of Smithville and Jeremy Scruggs of Smithville; his parents-in-law, Kathy Flatt (Michael) of Cookeville and Eddie Clouse (Debbie) of Sparta; his brother-in-law Kyle Clouse (Cadie) of Quebec; his grandfather Getties Hudson of South Carolina; his grandfather-in-law Wilma Clouse of Mississippi; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Scruggs, Elaine Greer, Victoria Greer, Cameron Scruggs, Landon Scruggs, Leland Scruggs, Devin Knight, Lily Quistarrd, Emery, Finley, Luke, Ava, Audrey Clouse and Owen Clouse.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
