She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Frank and Mary Frances Barnes Welch. She is survived by: her children, James "Bob" Martin (Mary), Greg Martin (Shawna) and Tonia Martin. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and her brother.
