She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Archer Simpson and Visa Lowe of Prospect; her husband Raymond Hardy Kelsey, Sr.; her grandson Andrew A. Aimesbury; and her siblings, Polly Duncan, Lena Rose Huddleston, Mildred'Mutt'Bales and Richard Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Philander Kelsey (Teresa) of Midlothian, Raymond Hardy Kelsey, Jr. (Terry Coleman) of Prospect, Karen Kelsey of Dover, NH and Kimberley Kelsey Shumaker (Michael) of Prospect; her grandchildren, Eric Kelsey of Midlothian, Phillip R. Kelsey (Rachel) of Chesterfield, Abby Aimesbury of Dover, NH, Debra Sue Shumaker of Prospect, Darrell Shumaker (Anne Harrison) of Midlothian and Celena Kelsey Lee (Derek) of Appomattox; and her great grandchildren, Bryson, Elle, Grayson of Chesterfield, James, Kelsey Rae and Matthew of Midlothian. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Appomattox P. E. Presbyterian Church, or to the CPL Andrew A. Aimesbury Memorial Scholarship Fund through the Dover, New Hampshire, Adult Learning Center.
