She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lee and Agnes Rosario Chang; and her siblings, Wanda Lee Chang and Raymond Chang. She is survived by: her husband Marvin "Butch" Simpkins, Sr.; her sons, Marvin Stanley Simpkins, Jr. (Diane) and Harry Eugene Kalani Simpkins; her grandchildren, Elijah, Leilani, Marvin Lee, Scarlet, Kyler, Andrew and Aaron; and her close friend Lynn Griffis (Oakwood Street). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Happy Haven or the Shriner's.
