She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Randolph and Zona Randolph (Lawson); her husband Ruben Whitaker; her former husband Fred Blaylock Jr.; and her siblings, Bill, John, Vernon, Eugene, Virgil, Thelma, Venie and Vergie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Blaylock Gunter of Crab Orchard and Kathy Blaylock Beaty (Richard David) of Sparta; her stepsons, John Whitaker (Tisha) of Pleasant Hill, Perry Whitaker (Yvonne) of Woodbury and David Whitaker of Sparta; and her grandchildren, Fred Gunter of Crab Orchard and Melissa Gunter Young (Rodger) of Crab Orchard. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
