He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Hill and Winona Fults Hill; his son-in-law Jamie Roberts of South Carolina; his brother Robert Hill; his siblings-in-law, Delbert Denton and Laura Hill; and his nephew Brandon Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Hill of Sparta; his daughter Kimberly S. Roberts of South Carolina; his siblings, Tony Hill (Barbara) of Tennessee, Tom Hill (Terry) of Texas and Kaye Denton of Tennessee; his aunt Ruth T. "Pinkie" Hill of Sparta; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Golick, Lillian Jones, Rowena Caperton and Sue Vaughn.
