He was predeceased by: his sister Paunee Price. He is survived by: his daughter Lu-Wanna Baggett; his son-in-law Tommy Baggett of Louisville, KY; his daughter Tammy Alverson; his son-in-law Richard Alverson of Lake Mary, FL; his brother Jim Tom Jackson of Logansport, IN; and his grandchildren, Nick Hargrove, Michelle Alverson, Jason Alverson, C. J. Simpson, James Farley Baggett, Kati Baggett, Brittany Gary, Ashley Williams, Charles Norris, Lanae Usie, Michael Usie, Matt Norris and Traeson Usie.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
