He is survived by: his wife Peggy Adcock; his son Randy (Cindy Adcock); his grandson Ethan (Lauren Adcock); and his siblings, Betty (JC Slatten) and Dennis Adcock of Sparta, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
