He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Emery and Lyla Pack Sullivan; and his siblings, Joe Hubert Sullivan, Betty Hayes, Jimmie Mae Sullivan and Charlotte Certain.
He is survived by: his son Brent Sullivan of Sparta; his grandchildren, Macie Sullivan of Sparta, Blake Sullivan of Sparta and Chris Sullivan of McMinnville; his sisters, Virgie Walker, Donna Sullivan, Phyllis Seaborn (Doug) and Sharon Moody (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Vauda Sullivan (Patricia Cagle).
