He is survived by: his father Frank Anthony Averella; his wife Kathy Averella; and his children, Taylor Raeann Averella, Ella Vivian Averella and Frank Jackson Averella. He is also survived by many other Aunt's, Uncle's, Cousins, Nieces, Nephew's and numerous other family members and lifelong friends.
