She was predeceased by: her parents, Knox J. Phillips and Gladys Johns Phillips; and her husband Robert Nelson Grizzle. She is survived by: her sister Linda Phillips; her great-niece Amy Crouch of Nashville; and her caregiver Barbara Anderson of Sparta.
