He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford McCulley and Modella Hitchcock McCulley; his siblings, Donna Taylor and Larry McCulley; his brother-in-law Kenneth Johnson; and his nephew Grayson Grimes.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Carol Johnson; his children, David Jr. (Jill) and Beverly Dronebarger (Kurt); his grandchildren, Jackson Dronebarger (Taylor), Taylor Harp (Tyler), Cameron Dronebarger, Mackenzie McCulley and Ana Dronebarger; his great grandchild Callum Harp; and his siblings, Nancy Dixson (Ernest), Thomas McCulley (Barbara), Gary McCulley (Debby), Bryan McCulley (Jill), Becky Goff (Guy), Melissa Vaughn (David), Shelia McCulley, John Taylor, Harold, Glenda Johnson and Vickie Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (308 N Spring St, Sparta, TN 38583). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
