It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Jasen Lewis of Sparta, Tennessee, born in Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Jean Lewis (Smith); and his grandparents, Jackie T. Lewis, Charles and Vada Smith. He is survived by: his father Glenn Edward Lewis (Belinda); his wife Jennifer Lewis (Streeval); his children, Emily Lewis, Dawson Rice, Madison Lewis and Emma Lewis; his brother Chris Lewis (Sarah); his stepsiblings, Michael Sagers, Mary McBroom, Steven Bruce, Bryan Bruce and Brandon Bruce; and his grandmother Emogene Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
