He was predeceased by: his father Allen Hawn. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Chapman Busbee (Bill) of Sparta, TN; his sons, Daniel Keith Hawn of Sparta, TN and Tanner Michael Underwood; his brother Will Hawn; and his grandson Mason Underwood.
