Bobby Monroe Luna Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Monroe Luna of Sparta, Tennessee, who passed away on November 10, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Bobby's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Bobby has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rube Luna and Rubie Johnson Luna; his brother Gene Luna; and his nephew Eric Luna. He is survived by: his wife Linda of Sparta; his nephew Carlton Luna of Arkansas; and his close friend Alice. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166).
In lieu of flowers, family asked that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society in memory of Mr. Luna.
