He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frasier (Frasier) and Birdle Lee Frasier Brothers (Sparks). He is survived by: his wife Janet Norris; his siblings, Thresia Marla "Tracey" Cobb and William Matthew Frasier; and his aunts and uncles, Frank Sparks, Leon Frasier, Francis Richards, Mary Ann Rohlier and Nancy Carol Viers. He is also survived by her Many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Lawn Funeral Home (1786 Smithville Hwy, Sparta, TN 38583). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
