He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Jackson and Rachel Louise Cross Pitts, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Murray Pitts; his son Jack Pitts (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Karrilynne Elizabeth "Karri" Pitts, Trinity Nicole "Nikki" Pitts and Richard Jacob Pitts.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM. The military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at the Crown Hill Cemetery (1907 Dawson Rd, Albany, GA 31707).
