He is survived by: his children, Debbie Hickerson (Glyn), David Girard, Daniel Girard (Donna) and Marlou Lee (Odile); his brother Willard Lee; and his grandchildren, Cullen, Erika, Ethan, Eli, Tyler, Zachary, Mailys, Lindsey and Marvin.
