He is survived by: his children, Charles Neblett and Carolyn Neblett Keeler (Darrell); and his brothers, Harold, Donald, Johnny and Charles Neblett. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
