He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pete Perry and Shirley McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Martha Cunningham Harvey; his daughters, Ranee Carley (James), Nina Pendergrass (Jerry), Phoebe Pendergrass (Glenn) and Jennifer Estabrook; his sisters, Bonnie Honey and Maybelle Keeler (Lon); his grandchildren, LeRoy Carley, TeJay Carley, Kayla VanAken, Datin Pendergrass, Samantha Bardin, Hannah Pendergrass and Gracie Pendergrass; and his great grandchildren, Brody and Riley.
