Shrum Hartline; his children, Mike Hartline (Carrie), Greg Hartline (Kim), Debbie McCrary (John), Keith Hartline (Pamela) and Janet Middlebrooks (Jason); his grandchildren, Katie, Brian, Leanne, Elizabeth, Sidney, NataLee, Seth, Addison, Savannah, Lauren and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, Mason and Gordon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
