He is survived by: his wife Margaret Smith; his children, Kelly Smith (Kathy), Mike Smith (Wendy), Jeff Bowman and Amanda Appleton (Garren) of South Pittsburg; and his brothers, Howard Brown, James Brown and Don Brown of Fort Oglethorpe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and special friends.
