He was predeceased by : his mother Linda Goff Cagle; and his brother-in-law Earnie Moore. He is survived by : his father Thomas David Johnson; his wife Kathy Turner Johnson; his sons, Jeremy Johnson (Kiera) and Andy Johnson (Johna); his siblings, David Johnson (Patty) and Candy Case (Jerry Don); his grandchildren, Sophia Johnson and Kailyn Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Moore (Kim), Glenn Moore, Jeff Turner (Terri) and Stella Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and special friends.
