He was predeceased by : his father Milburn Holder. He is survived by : his mother Ruby Dalton Holder; his children, Luke Holder, Jay Holder, Aaron Holder and Renee Thorpe; his siblings, Les Holder (Donna) and Charlotte DiTullio (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Chloe McCurtain, Cole Aycox, Ella Grace Louise Holder, Shane Lucas Holder and Walter Lance Holder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
