He was predeceased by: his grandfather William A. O'Leary; his great-grandparents, G. H., Winnie Bennett, David and Jane Daffron; and his uncles, Jim Webb and Allen O'Leary.
He is survived by: his parents, Mark O'Leary and Misty O'Leary; his sister Erin O'Leary; his grandparents, Dave, Jackie Daffron and Ruth O'Leary (Leonard Wynne); his aunts and uncles, Beth Webb, Dan, Candy O'Leary, Dean and Sheila O'Leary; his cousins, Ashley, Aaron Thomas, Ryan O'Leary, Rachel, Jake Raplee, Loranda Lyons and Trent Thomas; and his close friend Kevin Crowley.
