She is survived by: her parents, Clayton Owen and Betsy Owen; her sons, Will Johnson and Justin Higdon; her husband Bill Johnson; her sister Angie Dyke; her siblings-in-law, Jim Dyke, Bob Johnson, Michael Haggard, Mary Johnson and Linda Johnson; her daughters-in-law, Suzanne Higdon and Emily Johnson; her nieces and nephews, Ashley Dyke, Megan Haggard Hunter, Natalie Alonzo, Abbie Redman and Jeremy Dyke; her grandson Stephen Higdon; and her great-niece Clementine Dyke.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The ALS Association Tennessee Chapter, an organization Susan felt strongly about.
