He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Rogers (Hal), Jason Holt (Michele), Rebecca Frizzell (Jay) and Stevie Holt (Kristen); his siblings, Gail Durham (Earl), Danny Holt (Rhonda) and Jerry Don Holt; and his grandchildren, Taylor Cooper, Railey Holt, Natalie Holt, Chole Frizzell, Carley Frizzell and Katelyn Holt. He is also survived by Three great grandchildren several nieces, nephews and friends.
