She was predeceased by: her husband William A. O'Leary; her parents, John Aaron and Ida Swafford; her son Robert Allen O'Leary; her son-in-law James Earl Webb, Jr.; her grandson Marcus Tanner O'Leary; and her siblings, Howard Graham Swafford, John Aaron Swafford and Rosa Lee Pancoast.
She is survived by: her children, Dean O'Leary (Sheila), Elizabeth O'Leary Webb, Daniel O'Leary (Candy) and Mark O'Leary (Misty); her grandchildren, Ashley Thomas (Aaron), Rachel Raplee (Jacob), Ryan O'Leary, Erin Harveston (Matthew) and Loranda Siler; her great grandchild Trenton Thomas; her sisters, Geneva Pomeroy and Ruby Brundige; and her caregivers, Darlene Reed, Ashton Garner, April Carson and Aureleia Bowlin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
