He was predeceased by : his parents, John Thomas and Martha Jean Kelly Chubb; and his siblings, John Alton Chubb, Terry Levon Chubb, Joretha Ann Chubb and Frances Chubb Tucker.

He is survived by : his wife Rosalind Green; his aunt Carol Sue Sutton; his nieces, Jennifer Chubb of Hooker, Georgia, Leslie Tucker of Hooker, Georgia, Jacqueline Ballard (Tommy) of Hooker, Georgia and Olivia Tucker of Hooker, Georgia; and his friends, William Chubb and Jeremiah Stevens. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
