He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Hawkins (Gerry) and Virginia Hawkins; and his brother-in-law Steve Irwin. He is survived by: his wife Tina Hawkins; his sons, Matthew (Katie) of South Pittsburg, TN. and Andrew (Hannah) of South Pittsburg, TN; his granddaughters, Charlianna Tipton and Blair Hawkins; his sisters, Laura Irwin, Julie Cummins (Tim) and Lisa Garner; and also, Scott Hawkins (Sue), Doug Hawkins (Kathi) and Bill Aldrich (Michelle).

Due to Covid, masks will be mandatory at the church and during the entire service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Kimball Church of Christ, 830 Main St., Kimball, TN 37347.
