He was predeceased by : his parents, Tom Hawkins (Gerry) and Virginia Hawkins; and his brother-in-law Steve Irwin. He is survived by : his wife Tina Hawkins; his sons, Matthew (Katie) of South Pittsburg, TN. and Andrew (Hannah) of South Pittsburg, TN; his granddaughters, Charlianna Tipton and Blair Hawkins; his sisters, Laura Irwin, Julie Cummins (Tim) and Lisa Garner; and also, Scott Hawkins (Sue), Doug Hawkins (Kathi) and Bill Aldrich (Michelle).

Due to Covid, masks will be mandatory at the church and during the entire service.
