He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Benjamin Blevins and Bertha Lillian Hogan; and his siblings, Houston Blevins, Sherman Blevins, Wendell Blevins, Louise Payne, Judy Huckabee and Wilma Mashburn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Stanley Blevins (Tonya), Johnny Blevins, Fred Blevins (Donna), Greg Blevins (Denita), Carolyn Scissom, Barbara Powers (Doug) and Diane Massengale (Bo); his siblings-in-law, John Mashburn, Edna Blevins and Prissy Blevins; and his close friend Peggy Taylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
