She was predeceased by : her parents, John Oscar and Myrtle James Blevins; and her brothers, J. W. Blevins and Kenneth Blevins. She is survived by : her daughter Elizabeth F. Baker; and her siblings, Lucille Chapman, Danny Blevins, Eddie Blevins, Shirley Ledbetter, Katherine Layne and Meritta Frame. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
