She is survived by: her husband Earnest Ray Chism; her daughter Penney Carey (Darrin); her sisters, Peggy Crye (Thomas), Joann Ghrist and Lillian Trotter; her grandchildren, April Ballard (Chad) and TJ Moon; her great grandchildren, William D. Muir, Katlyn Whited, Katelyn Ballard and Jacob Moon; and her great great grandchildren, Makinlee and Indie Muir.
