She was predeceased by : her parents, William Tipton and Barnell Tipton; and her siblings, William Alfred "Bill", William Edward, John Mack Tipton, Minnie Stinson, Clara Snodgrass, Inez, Gwendolyn Tipton and Iva Turner.

She is survived by : her children, Danyelle Tipton of Nashville, Tennessee and Corey Tipton of South Pittsburg, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Whitney Tipton, Emmaly Gott, Tallon, Leah and Vivian Smith; and her siblings, Robert Tipton (Jeanette) of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Dorothy Morrow (Herman) of Calumet Park and Anna Hale of South Pittsburg. She is also survived by her family and friends.
