She was predeceased by : her husband R. O. Blevins; her parents, William M. Barnes and Mary Lee King Barnes; her son Robert "Bobby" Blevins; and her siblings, William Barnes, Helen Durham and Dorothy Berryhill.
She is survived by : her children, Jerry Don Blevins (Marlynn) and Waymon L. Blevins (Vickie); her grandchildren, Kristie Malsy (Stefan), Jeremy N. Blevins (Regina), Jason A. Blevins (Leslie) and Chad K. Blevins (Julie); her great grandchildren, Taylor Malsy, Aiden Blevins, Dakota Blevins, Lydia Blevins, Cole Blevins, Daniel Blevins and Joanna Blevins; and her niece Jane Kennemore (Jerry). She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
