He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Jaynes Church; his parents, Martin Church and Iva Jean Brown Church; and his brother-in-law Pete Wilkerson. He is survived by: his children, Matt Church (Brett) and Abby Massengale (Matt); his grandchildren, Ethan Church, Landrie Church, Sawyer Church and Clint Massengale; and his siblings, James Church (Terri), Brenda Wilkerson and Beverly Lee. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
The family wishes donations to be made to the Marion County Sheriff's Department Christmas for Kids, 5 Oak Street, Jasper, TN 37347 in lieu of flowers.
