He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Wesley Daniel Case and Leatha Margaret Smith Case; his wife Mary Katherine Case; his sons, Gary William Case and Kenneth Lee Case; and his brothers, Ellis, James of Milton, N. L. and Kenneth Case.
He is survived by : his daughters-in-law, Mary Jo Case and Connie Case; and his grandchildren, Christopher Case (Teri), Tyler Case, Erin Hymer (Blake), Laura Jane Lepley (Stephen) and Jimmy Boyett. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
