We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2023, at the age of 73, James Lee Pugh of South Pittsburg, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Carlos L. Pugh and Eula Mae Pugh; and his brother John Adam Burgess. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Pugh of South Pittsburg; his son James Anthony Pugh of Crossville; his stepdaughters, Shellie Cash of Sequatchie and Deborah Downie (Mike) of Jasper; his sister Deborah Gail Burgess; and his grandchildren, Khaila Pugh, Kailey Cash, Kristina Downie and Kristopher Downie.
