We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2024, at the age of 92, Helen Fannelle Clay of South Pittsburg, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Helen Fannelle may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Helen Fannelle touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Penn Clay and Fannie Ella Tanner Clay; her brothers, Harvey B. (Doris), W. Fredrick Clay (Elizabeth) and Creston Clay (Sue); and her nephews, Donald B. Clay and Brian Hawkins.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Lori Clay Hawkins, Edna Reinike (Charles), Kenneth D. Clay (Amber), Lance T. Clay (Mary Lou) and Jeff B. Clay.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home, South Pittsburg Chapel (400 Laurel Ave, South Pittsburg, TN 37380). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
