He was predeceased by : his parents, Gary Coffelt and Judy Kouns Coffelt; and his brother Jacob Coffelt. He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Kouns; his sons, James "Tyler" Kouns and Nick Kouns; and his brother Chris Coffelt (Pete Rector). He is also survived by many other family members and special friends.
