With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gary G. Johnson of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Carl Mack Johnson; his grandparents, Marylou, James Johnson and Edith Payne; his siblings, Jimmy Godsby and Linda Sue Godsby; and his sister-in-law Merrie Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Polly Cagle Johnson; his siblings, Terry Mack Johnson, George Ronnie Johnson, Carl David Johnson, Delbert Earl Johnson, Michael Anthony Godsby, Katherine Grider (David) and Peggy James (Michael); and his stepfather James "Jim" F. Godsby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, several great nieces and nephews, other family members and special friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Harris Cemetery.
