He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ellis Smith; his children, Steven Smith (Christina) and Crystal Smith; his siblings, Milton Smith, Darlene Walden and Debbie Chadwick; his grandchildren, Bailey Coppinger, Zach Smith, Austin Smith, Lacey Smith, Taylor Smith, Tallon Smith, Leah Smith, Vivian Smith and Amiya Smith; and his great grandchildren, JaKaylie Sims, Mason Sims and Kensley Smith.
