He was predeceased by: his parents, John Troy and Mrytle Anderson Troy Hatfield; his sister Betty Troy Henderson; and his brother-in-law Micky Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Alfreda Payne-Troy; his brother David Troy (Reva); his children, Angel Rae Troy Findley (Keith) and John William "Bubba" Troy; his stepchildren, Jamey Troutman, Richard Troutman (Alisha) and Daniel Troutman (Elisabeth); his grandchildren, Ashlynn Findley, Brooklynn Findley, Abby Troutman, Libby Troutman, James David Troutman, Annabelle Troutman, Rachel Troutman, Gabby Troutman, Samuel Troutman, Lucy Troutman and Michael Troutman; and his great grandchild Derek Shavers. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
