He was predeceased by : his parents, Delbert Reed Howard, Sr. and Lois Brewer Howard of Virginia; his wife Darlene Kirk; and his brother Robbie Howard. He is survived by : his daughter Michelle Mitchell (Shilo); his siblings, Ronny Howard, Cathy Broome, Debbie Howard, Jerry Lambert and Luci Zybrinki; and his grandchildren, Ally Benoit and Brock Benoit. He is also survived by grandchildren and many Nieces and nephews.
